Focusing on frosting problem of air-source heat pump in winter, sets up a novel frostless air-source heat pump system using mineral salt solution as desiccant and a system model by Aspen plus. Constructs an orthogonal experiment on five factors of inlet air temperature, inlet relative humidity, gas-liquid flow rate ratio, solution concentration and condensation temperature. Simulates the system operation using lithium chloride and lithium bromide as desiccants, respectively. Compares the dehumidification performance of two desiccants based on the formulas in the same conditions. Fits the empirical formulas for the inlet parameters from the experimental data. The results show that using the two desiccants, the COPs are basically the same under the consistent partial pressure of water vapor at the inlet of solution, the curve of moisture removal is consistent. But the dehumidification capacity of the system using lithium bromide solution is 43% to 66% higher than that of lithium chloride solution and its gas-liquid heat transfer ratio is 33.3% to 54.3% higher than that of the latter. Obtains the optimal parameter combination by orthogonal experimental analysis and determines the influence degree order of performance factors.
